Job summary

PIN-UP Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead iGaming and Betting initiatives. You will plan projects, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and changes, while coordinating Marketing, CRM, Content, Design, Analytics, and Product/Development teams.

The role requires strong communication, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment. English documentation and tools will be used; Asana experience is a plus for effective task tracking.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as Project Manager.
• Mandatory experience in iGaming / Betting.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Marketing, CRM, Content, Design, Analytics, and Product/Development teams.

• Establish effective communication between teams, facilitate working meetings, and document agreements and action items.

Job description

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Mandatory experience in iGaming / Betting.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Marketing, CRM, Content, Design, Analytics, and Product/Development teams.
• Ability to independently plan and break down projects into tasks, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and changes.
• Confident use of task-tracking tools; experience with Asana is a plus.
• Ability to establish effective communication between teams, facilitate working meetings, and document agreements and action items.
• Strong systems thinking, autonomy, and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Understanding of product and marketing metrics; experience working with Retention teams is a plus.
• English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and digital tools in English.
