Job summary

Magic Media seeks a motivated iGaming Math Developer to design and implement math models for slots and casino games. You will tune RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and max-win targets, and build simulations to validate results across billions of spins. collaboration with designers, artists, and engineers is essential.

The role requires a strong math foundation, experience in iGaming math, and fluency in English. Remote project work with an international group is offered.

Qualifications

We're looking for an iGaming Math Developer who is self-motivated, goal-orientated, and a strong team player. The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical background and previous professional experience designing and implementing math models for iGaming titles such as slots. We are looking for someone who is passionate about game math and who is willing to work with game designers, artists, and engineers to build awesome games.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design and implement math models for slot and casino games, including base game, bonus features, and multipliers
• Tune RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and max win to meet design goals and regulatory requirements
• Build simulations and tools to validate results across billions of spins

Requirements

• Strong mathematical foundation in probability, statistics, and combinatorics
• Proven previous experience as a math developer or game mathematician in iGaming (slots, crash, or other casino games)
• Experience designing and tuning RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and max-win targets
• Experience running large-scale simulations to validate models
• Familiarity with iGaming certification and regulatory math requirements
• Fluent in English

DESIRABLE PLUSES:

• Experience with Python for simulation, data analysis, and tooling
• Experience with Stake Engine math SDK or similar game-math frameworks
• Experience with other languages such as Rust, C++ or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (NumPy, pandas, Jupyter or similar)
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent
