An established global wealth manager is seeking a skilled PMO to drive strategic initiatives across Latin America. In this pivotal role, you will manage key projects, provide insights on competitive intelligence, and support business planning processes. Are you an experienced PMO and/or strategy consultant with a strong background in developing and implementing business initiatives? Do you excel at managing projects, identifying growth opportunities, and crafting solutions to complex environments? Are you driven to help organizations achieve their long-term goals?
We're looking for a PMO to:
• handle key strategic priorities across GWM LatAm in line with overall GWM priorities
• support different teams in initiating and tracking strategic projects
• provide perspectives on strategic topics, such as competitive intelligence, macro trends, profit pools, cost reductions, benchmarking, relevant industry trends etc
• support business planning process
• maintain and improve (with cross-functional team members) existing capabilities, methodologies, products, journeys, and toolkits
You'll be working under GWM LatAm Chief Administrative Office structure, while being part of Strategy and Business Development team. You will serve as an active stakeholder across all areas within GWM LatAm and work close to Executive Office, Governance and Integration teams.
Your expertise
• desirable previous experience in the financial market
• project management experience
• strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• organized and focused, with the ability to work accurately under pressure
• fluent English and Portuguese desirable
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• degree in administration, economics or engineering
• work in person in Sao Paulo
