WHOLETECH SYSTEM HITECH (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer to lead semiconductor project delivery from scoping through installation and commissioning in Brazil. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, review drawings, and ensure compliance with SEMI standards and client requirements.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Reporting to the Taiwan HQ, immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in VSMC Vacuum Hookup/Gas System/Process Piping/Mechanical (M&E), Semiconductor.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• HQ is in Taiwan; reporting work is required.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of semiconductor engineering projects from scoping, budgeting and scheduling to site installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional Teams: mechanical/electrical design, procurement, manufacturing and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, technical specs and manufacturing methods to ensure SEMI standards compliance and client requirements.
• Manage vendors, fabricators and site contractors to meet quality, cost and safety benchmarks.
• Lead on-site deployment, FAT/SAT and system integration in cleanroom/high-tech environments.
• Identify risks and manage scope changes to prevent delays.
• Maintain documentation including ECNs, progress reports and safety manuals.

Descriptions:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Take full ownership of semiconductor engineering projects from initial scoping, budgeting, and scheduling through to final site installation and commissioning.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate seamlessly between mechanical/electrical design engineers, procurement, manufacturing teams, and external subcontractors to keep projects on track.
• Technical Supervision: Review engineering drawings (2D/3D CAD), technical specifications, and manufacturing methods to ensure alignment with semiconductor industry standards (such as SEMI standards) and client requirements.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Manage equipment vendors, fabricators, and site contractors, ensuring deliverables meet strict quality, cost, and safety benchmarks.
• Site Deployment & Handover: Lead on-site installation, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and system integration within cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, manage scope changes, and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including engineering change notes (ECNs), progress reports, quality checklists, and safety manuals.

Requirement:

• 1 years of experience in VSMC Vacuum Hookup/Gas System/Process Piping/Mechanical (M&E), Semiconductor
• Pay attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Main HQ is in Taiwan, reporting work is required.
• Able to start work immediately is preferred
