Job summary

Mespec Private Limited is seeking an experienced ACMV Site Coordinator to manage construction site schedules, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely progress reporting for project delivery.

The role requires coordinating with main contractors and subcontractors, interpreting drawings, and applying mechanical knowledge to support decisions on site. Immediate start is preferred, with a focus on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction sites.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of ACMV systems and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of site schedules and monitor works progress to ensure timely completion of ACMV construction projects.

• Participate in project meetings to communicate updates and influence decision-making.
• Diagnose and resolve site technical issues promptly to maintain workflow and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation for transparency and accountability.
• Interpret construction drawings to guide site activities and ensure compliance with engineering specs.
• Apply mechanical and engineering knowledge to support technical decisions on site.
• Utilize computer skills to manage project documentation and communication.
• Demonstrate autonomy by managing tasks independently to meet deadlines.
• Be available to commence work immediately to support project timelines.
