EnergyAustralia is seeking a Project Document Control Lead to guide the Document Control team across major energy projects, ensuring accurate, timely handling of critical project documentation in line with governance standards.
You will shape the document management strategy, administer online platforms, and collaborate with EPC partners and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule—from solar and grid-scale batteries to decommissioning and gas-assets revamps.

With the capability to self-manage projects or collaborate with leading engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partners, our Energy Projects team plays a vital role in bringing complex energy solutions to life.
As a Project Document Control Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our energy projects by guiding the Document Control team in processing critical documentation with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for coordinating internal and external document workflows, ensuring alignment with project specifications, schedules, and governance standards.
In addition to day-to-day document control, you’ll help shape the document management strategy for the Energy Projects team, acting as a system administrator and contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of our processes.
