WGT EHR Pte. Ltd. in the North region of Brazil seeks a Project Engineer to oversee projects from planning to completion, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of high-quality solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 1–2 years in project engineering or coordination within manufacturing. Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks plus Agile/Waterfall is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 1–2 years in project engineering or project coordination in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Exposure to automation equipment or manufacturing processes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic engineering team to manage and coordinate exciting projects from planning to completion. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to customer requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering resources and ensure project quality, safety, and customer expectations are met.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
