EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a sales-oriented professional based in the North region to identify and develop new business opportunities. You will communicate with customers, understand their technical requirements, prepare quotations and drive enquiries into sales.

Full training will be provided, with a basic salary of 4000–4500 USD plus a variable bonus. Excellent welfare and career progression opportunities accompany a Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm work schedule.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in automation, motion control, semiconductor equipment, precision engineering, robotics or industrial equipment is advantageous.
• Full training will be provided for those lesser/without experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation and customer follow-up.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads generated through marketing activities.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and other channels to understand their requirements.
• Understand customers' technical applications, requirements, budget and project timeline.
• Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer applications.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide initial technical and product information.
• Prepare quotations, pricing and lead-time information for customers.
• Follow up on quotations and opportunities to convert enquiries into sales.
• Develop existing customer accounts through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM system.
• Work closely with Field Sales Engineers, Business Development and Regional Sales teams to develop sales opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and support their ongoing technical requirements.
