What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with partners in the payments ecosystem, suppliers, and CloudWalk engineers to scope and implement new features that directly impact the acquiring and banking operation (covering capture, authorization, clearing, conciliation, and settlement).
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs), automating manual workflows, and enhancing customer satisfaction across all service layers.
• Design and implement AI-assisted solutions to streamline processes, detect anomalies, optimize decision-making, and increase scalability within our operations.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, LangChain, or custom-trained models to automate routine tasks, generate business insights, and improve overall team productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build and refine machine learning models that support process intelligence, predictive analytics, and exception handling.
• Create and maintain structured documentation of processes, automations, and implemented controls to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing.
• Work alongside a high-performing team of analysts and engineers to identify opportunities for innovation and lead initiatives that elevate the quality and efficiency of our operations.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Advanced English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner, with a hands-on and curious mindset to tackle ambiguous and complex problems.
• Programming knowledge, preferably in Python, to support automation and AI-driven initiatives.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, reporting, and operational diagnostics.
• Experience or interest in working with AI tools, automation platforms, and low-code/no-code technologies is a strong plus.
