Qualificações

JOB PURPOSE

Act as Project PL Analyst, hands-on and analytical supporting some of the company’s initiatives for the OTC division and Brazil Broker-dealer, managing operational projects (including system and business areas). Will be responsible for supporting project governance, standardization of methodologies, and portfolio tracking, while also managing medium and complex projects from initiation to delivery, executing process analysis, drawing flows, and following procedures according to the internal client’s and PMO policies requirements.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Discuss new projects according to business necessities aligned with the company strategy
• Support business areas to manage projects using the market’s best practices
• Execute processes analysis, checking issues, and work with SR analysts to propose the ideal “to be” process
• Support for conducting operational meetings with sponsors to report the current projects
• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-scale and large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards;
• Maintain and monitor the project portfolio, ensuring visibility into project status, risks, and KPIs;
• Use methodology and tools to control the project’s roadmap and timeline properly
• Prepare executive dashboards and reports for leadership and governance forums
• Prepare projects artifacts (such as Requirements form, Functional Tests plan, Release Notice, and Status Report)

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc or higher in Economics, ADM, IT, or related areas
  
• 3+ Years of Project Management experience.
  
• Familiarity with both traditional (PMBOK, PRINCE2) and agile (Scrum, Kanban) project methodologies.
• Agile Certifications such as PSM, CSM.
  
• Experience in the Financial Market (plus).
  
• Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence)
  
• Knowledge of English is essential and Spanish is a plus
