What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with partners in the payments ecosystem, suppliers, and CloudWalk engineers to scope and implement new features that impact acquiring and banking operations, including capture, authorization, clearing, conciliation, and settlement.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring and improving KPIs, automating manual workflows, and enhancing customer satisfaction across all service layers.
• Design and implement AI-assisted solutions to streamline processes, detect anomalies, optimize decision-making, and increase scalability within operations.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, LangChain, or custom-trained models to automate routine tasks, generate business insights, and improve team productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build and refine machine learning models supporting process intelligence, predictive analytics, and exception handling.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes, automations, and controls to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing.
• Work with a team of analysts and engineers to identify opportunities for innovation and lead initiatives to improve operations.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Advanced English skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner with a curious mindset to tackle complex problems
• Programming knowledge, preferably in Python, for automation and AI initiatives
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting
• Experience or interest in AI tools, automation platforms, and low-code/no-code technologies is a plus
