An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to oversee project management activities. This role involves planning, monitoring, and ensuring project tasks are completed on time and within budget. You will engage with various stakeholders, manage customer relationships, and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Responsible for:
Supporting project management activities and coordinating between sales, logistics, operations, and customers. Making decisions on project budgets and priorities. Engaged in after-sales, quality, and warranty topics. Planning and monitoring project milestones.
Reports to the Project Manager.
Minimum qualifications include developing clear communication, building strong customer relationships, interpreting financial data, and balancing stakeholder needs. Skills required include the ability to work independently, plan and schedule tasks, visit customer sites, communicate effectively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
