Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Program Manager, Operations to oversee cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and support growth in advanced manufacturing. Candidates with experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from start to finish.
2. Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and achieve measurable outcomes.
3. Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement.
4. Create project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
5. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
6. Analyze data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
7. Promote lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in program/project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
3. Ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
6. Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
2. Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and analytics tools.
3. PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications are a plus.
4. Proficiency with project management software like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
