Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking an experienced IT professional to maintain and develop critical terminal systems, align tech with operations, and drive digital transformation. You will integrate TOS, ERP, WMS, TMS, and customs systems, while leading technical partnerships and managing complex incidents.

The role emphasizes automation, data engineering and AI-enabled process improvements across commercial, procurement and operations teams, with a strong emphasis on governance and architecture.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
Experience in port operations, integrated logistics or terminal environments.
Knowledge of Totvs Recintos Aduaneiros (WMS Sara), Navis N4, customer service portals and customs systems.
Experience with automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience with process automation and use of RPAs.
Familiarity with generative AI tools, copilots and intelligent automation.
Hands-on experience with Python and/or Scala applied to data.
Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS Glue, Redshift, Athena, BigQuery and Azure Data Factory.
Experience with AI tools such as Copilot and Notebook LM.

Responsabilidades

Provide maintenance and development for the terminal's critical systems.
Elicit, analyze and specify requirements alongside operational and corporate areas.
Support the company's digital culture and innovation initiatives.
Ensure integration between TOS, ERP, WMS, TMS, customs systems, APIs and external integrations.
Support operations during critical incidents and perform high-complexity troubleshooting.
Analyze root causes and implement systemic improvements.
Provide technical leadership for vendors and technology partners.
Ensure best practices in governance, documentation and solution architecture.
Participate in digital transformation, automation and innovation initiatives.
Identify and participate in initiatives using AI, analytics, automation and emerging technologies.
Contribute to the development of digital solutions to optimize operations and improve user experience.
Support technology modernization and architectural evolution efforts.
Participate in strategic projects for operational expansion and process digitization at the terminal.
Support definition of architecture and integration between solutions.
Assist with validations, integration testing and solution deployments.
Work closely with operational areas to align technology and business needs.
Identify opportunities for operational optimization, transaction cost reduction and productivity gains.
