Job summary

Charterhouse Resources invites applications for a permanent Production Operator role at our semiconductor facility. No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided, and you will work rotating day and night shifts in a cleanroom environment with PPE supplied.

We offer basic salary with daily shift allowance, overtime, AWS (13th month), sign-on bonus up to 2,000 SGD, quarterly profit sharing, medical and insurance coverage for you and your dependents, and 14–20 days of annual

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• No experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Perform assembly, testing and inspection of semiconductor components.
• Ensure products meet quality and inspection standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the production area.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions and safety procedures.

Working Hours

• 8-hour rotating shifts
• Day Shift: 8.30am - 5.30pm
