Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a detail-oriented Cleanroom Operations & Logistics Technician to handle high-value semiconductor components, operate automated cleaning equipment, and manage inventory and logistics in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in semiconductor or cleanroom settings, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel, and willingness to work a roster that includes weekends. Overtime and bonus benefits apply in a structured 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Logistics or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of semiconductor/cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/inventory systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable handling fragile, high-value components and operating cleaning equipment.
• Able to follow strict SOPs, chemical safety requirements and cleanroom protocols.
• Willing to wear cleanroom suits and work rostered schedules, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated chemical cleaning equipment (Polyflow) to clean and inspect semiconductor components.
• Handle fragile quartz and mechanical parts with care in a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Manage incoming parts, inventory verification, stock movements and issuance to engineering teams.
• Coordinate external repairs, Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMA) and shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, chemical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support daily logistics operations and maintain proper documentation.
