Responsibilities:
  1. Provide level 2 technical support for corporate applications, incident resolution, change execution, and service improvement.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system stability.
  3. Participate in root cause analysis and preventive actions with internal teams.
  4. Ensure compliance with SLAs and contribute to process improvements and documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in system support and IT operations.
  2. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  3. Knowledge of corporate platforms and database integrations.
  4. Experience with ITSM tools (like ServiceNow).
  5. Ability to analyze logs, perform diagnostics, and communicate effectively.
  6. Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, SQL) and Windows Server environment.
  7. ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
  8. Fluency in Portuguese and English.
