Responsibilities
  • Provide level 2 technical support for corporate applications, handle incident resolution, execute changes, and improve services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system stability.
  • Investigate and resolve medium to high complexity incidents.
  • Perform maintenance activities and planned changes (CRQs).
  • Participate in meetings for root cause analysis and preventive actions.
  • Interact with infrastructure, development, and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Contribute to process improvement and technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in system support and IT operations.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of corporate platforms and database integrations.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow).
  • Ability to analyze logs, perform diagnostics, and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, SQL) and Windows Server environment.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
