You will be responsible for providing level 2 technical support for corporate applications, handling incident resolution, executing changes, and continuously improving services. You will be part of the Product Support team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system stability
Requirements
3+ years of experience in system support and IT operations
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
Knowledge of corporate platforms and database integrations
Experience with ITSM tools (such as SolvNow or ServiceNow)
Ability to analyze logs, perform technical diagnostics, and communicate effectively
Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, SQL) and Windows Server environment
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve medium to high complexity incidents
Perform maintenance activities and planned changes (CRQs)
Participate in meetings with internal areas for root cause analysis and preventive actions
Interact with infrastructure, development, and operations teams
Ensure compliance with SLAs agreed upon with business areas
Contribute to process improvement and technical documentation
