Requirements:
- 3+ years of product ownership experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Software development (Web & Mobile projects)
- Business-oriented mindset suited to product management
- Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming (XP)
- Experience in project estimation and task prioritization under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Web and Mobile technologies
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, JIRA, etc.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Availability to communicate with customers in PST/EST time zones
Responsibilities:
- Initiate new projects and implement efficient project management processes
- Identify project needs by interviewing stakeholders
- Create project and task requirements
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Manage and prioritize the project backlog
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Manage project teams (Design, Development, QA)
- Contribute to improving project management processes
- Balance project scope and timeline to deliver optimal solutions
- Resolve issues and conflicts effectively
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Meet and exceed client expectations
- Onboard and train new team members
