You will manage multiple projects, track deadlines, and maintain trackers and documentation while collaborating with Product, Creative, Marketing and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with tools like Asana, Jira and Google Workspace are essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience supporting Marketing teams or working in a Coordinator role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Jira, Google Drive / Google Workspace.
• Experience maintaining trackers, calendars, and operational documentation.
• Experience with data entry and data maintenance.
• Campaign metrics tracking and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail (proofreading, quality assurance, content review).
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Marketing and Internal stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
