Descrição da oferta de emprego

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Project Manager based in Brazil.

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will own the delivery process that turns approved marketing initiatives into completed, published, and measurable work.
You will coordinate specialists across content, creative, paid media, SEO, CRM, automation, website management, sales, and operations.
The role combines project management, production coordination, publishing, quality assurance, and reporting preparation.
You will maintain clear visibility across schedules, owners, dependencies, approvals, blockers, and completion evidence.
The position requires someone who takes ownership, resolves routine execution issues independently, and escalates material risks with practical recommendations.
You will also help strengthen marketing operations by improving handoffs, documenting workflows, maintaining standard operating procedures, and reducing avoidable rework.
This is a fully remote opportunity in a fast-moving environment where execution quality, accountability, and operational reliability are essential.

Accountabilities:
  • Translate approved marketing campaigns and projects into actionable delivery plans with owners, deadlines, dependencies, approval points, and success measures.
  • Manage campaigns and marketing projects from initial handoff through verified publication or completion and preparation of initial performance reporting.
  • Identify missing assets, overdue reviews, conflicting priorities, dependencies, and delivery risks before they impact launch dates or business outcomes.
  • Resolve routine execution issues directly and escalates significant risks with a concise explanation and recommended next step.
  • Maintain accurate visibility into completed, open, blocked, and upcoming work, including ownership and next actions.
  • Coordinate copy, design, video, landing pages, email, social content, tracking, and other campaign components while allowing specialists to retain responsibility for their areas of expertise.
  • Perform assigned publishing activities across approved email, social media, website, CRM, and content platforms.
  • Schedule approved content and campaigns accurately and on time and perform routine website or landing-page updates using established templates.
  • Verify that copy, creative assets, links, tracking, audiences, approvals, and calls to action are correct before publication.
  • Confirm successful publication and maintain evidence of completion.
  • Use established checklists and approved briefs to perform quality assurance on customer-facing materials before launch.
  • Verify business, creative, technical, legal, and tracking approvals and return incomplete work for correction when requirements are not met.
  • Check links, forms, phone numbers, tracking parameters, formatting, mobile presentation, audiences, and calls to action.
  • Document errors, rework, and recurring delivery issues to support continuous process improvement.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, production queue, campaign checklists, approval records, and recurring work schedules.
  • Keep project-management systems accurate and up to date so leadership has reliable visibility without needing to reconstruct project status.
  • Organize campaign assets, final versions, supporting documents, and completion evidence.
  • Document repeatable workflows and maintain marketing standard operating procedures.
  • Track specialist and vendor commitments, deadlines, dependencies, unresolved items, and corrective actions.
  • Improve handoffs among marketing, sales, operations, vendors, and technical partners.
  • Collect required performance inputs from specialists and systems and confirm that reporting periods, definitions, and data sources are consistent.
  • Identify missing data, conflicting figures, unsupported conclusions, and unexplained changes before reporting reaches leadership.
  • Distinguish completed activity from measurable business results and verify that completed work has supporting evidence.
  • Prepare clear weekly reporting materials and track commitments, owners, deadlines, overdue items, corrective actions, and final outcomes.
  • Contribute to the first 30-, 60-, and 90-day objectives by establishing reliable workflows, taking ownership of recurring processes, and improving delivery visibility and accountability.
  • Work toward defined operational targets, including improved on-time delivery, accurate approvals and tracking, reliable recurring reporting, and reduced preventable publishing errors.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing marketing campaigns or projects from planning through publication or completion.
  • Strong project-management and operational follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, fixed deadlines, dependencies, and contributors simultaneously.
  • Hands‑on experience with email, social media, websites, CMS platforms, CRM systems, or similar marketing publishing environments.
  • Practical understanding of campaign quality assurance, tracking requirements, approvals, and publication readiness.
  • Strong written communication and professional, assertive follow‑up skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple contributors, deadlines, dependencies, and external partners without losing visibility of critical details.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and consolidating performance information from multiple sources.
  • Ability to identify incomplete, inconsistent, unsupported, or conflicting reporting information.
  • Sound judgment when determining which issues to resolve independently and which require escalation.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of deadlines, priorities, and business outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast‑moving environment.
  • Experience with service businesses, multi‑location organizations, or lead‑generation marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as GoHighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or comparable tools is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating freelancers, agencies, technical vendors, or distributed teams is desirable.
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, forms, lead routing, landing pages, and basic marketing attribution is an advantage.
  • Experience creating or maintaining campaign checklists, standard operating procedures, and reporting systems is preferred.
  • Basic ability to make routine website, email, or landing-page updates using established templates is a plus.
  • Strong ownership mindset, initiative, learning ability, problem‑solving skills, and accountability are essential.
  • Ability to distinguish between work that is in progress and work that is complete and verified.
  • Comfortable returning incomplete work for correction and consistently following up without requiring reminders.
  • Ability to identify missing information before it becomes a delivery problem and elevate important issues early with a recommended course of action.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work model.
  • Opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary marketing organization spanning content, creative, paid media, SEO, local search, CRM, automation, website management, sales, and operations.
  • High level of ownership over campaign and project delivery.
  • Opportunity to build and improve marketing workflows, reporting systems, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
  • Exposure to a broad range of marketing technologies and operational processes.
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to greater delivery reliability, visibility, accountability, and execution quality.
