Develop and orchestrate the implementation of the local Marketing Strategy for Perfume´s category to elevate the brand image through communication, media, trade activation, retail initiatives and education; guarantee the right assortment and sell out through a 360 marketing Plan in partnership with commercial and demand planning departments and deliver the desired financial equation at this category in line with company objectives.
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives for Fragrance category.
- Conduct market analysis, identify trends, and understand competitor activities to inform product development and launch plans.
- For Fragrance, this might involve crafting a 360° marketing platform and adapting brand guidelines for various media.
Launch Execution:
- Oversee all aspects of product launches, from initial concept to post-launch analysis.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (sales, education, PR, merchandising) and external partners (agencies).
- Develop promotional plans, brief internal teams, manage budgets, and track sales performance.
Sales & Market Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market data (Circana), and track competitor activities.
- Regularly report, identify growth opportunities, and recommend adjustments to pricing or promotional strategies.
- For Fragrance, this could involve reviewing media spending by competitors and proposing recommendations for local launches based on market analysis.
- Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.
Forecasting:
- Develop accurate sales forecasts for assigned category to build together with demand planning the right assortment and inventory management.
- Forecast for both products and POS materials.
Trade Marketing:
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans in collaboration with sales and visual merchandising teams to support key trading periods and product launches.
- Oversee with VM team, design in-store execution plans and ensure smooth implementation.
Local Adaptations with Trade and VM:
- Adapt global marketing materials and campaigns for the local market, considering specific consumer preferences and market conditions.
- Adapt creative assets, messaging, and promotional activities.

Technical skills:

Profile:
- A Marketing or Business graduate with at least 5 years’ experience in a Marketing role
- Sensitivity to Luxury goods, Beauty market experience is a valuable profile.
