Head of Growth Product at BairesDev

As Senior Director of Growth Product, you will oversee the development and execution of growth product initiatives to achieve incremental revenue growth. You'll lead cross-functional teams including Growth PMs, engineers, and designers, and collaborate closely with other marketing teams, data, and executive leadership. Your day-to-day will involve shaping high-impact experiments, streamlining systems and processes, and identifying systemizable growth opportunities using both quantitative and qualitative insights. This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role suited for a hands-on leader who enjoys being both player and coach and is motivated by seeing metrics go in the right direction.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute a strategy both within and across functions (e.g., SEO) to drive incremental company revenue.

- Identify, evaluate, design, and shape growth initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

- Orchestrate people, processes, systems, governance, and tooling to continuously improve team effectiveness.

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Growth PMs, designers, and engineers.

- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment between different functions.

What we are looking for:

- 8+ years in Growth and/or Product Management roles within the Tech or SaaS industry.

- 2+ years of direct line management experience of Product Managers or Growth Product Managers.

- 3+ years of work or study experience in the US.

- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.

- An MBA or Business Administration degree is a plus.

- Advanced level of English.
