About the job:

This role requires deep technical understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. It’s an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to impactful product launches in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product development and roadmap: manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, define user stories, acceptance criteria, and oversee backlog and workflows.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements. Evaluate solutions and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value.

• Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand product value propositions.

• Collaborate across teams: gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure delivery.

• Ensure timely delivery and quality standards; organize testing and feedback processes.

• Require 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical role.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana.

• Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely.

• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs; familiarity with A/B testing is a plus.

• Experience with AI and P2P projects is advantageous.

• Hands-on JavaScript development experience (Node.js, React, Angular) is a plus.
