Job Description

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales and Partnership) to ideate and validate new product concepts
• Support the design and execution of experiments, MVPs and pilots
• Monitor industry trends, startups, and emerging technologies relevant to our business
• Develop business cases to support new product initiatives, including financial modeling, risk assessment and strategic alignment
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Be based in Brazil;
• B2 English (Upper Intermediate);
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or related field;
• 5+ years of experience in product management, innovation, strategy in the financial area;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks;
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment;
• Passion for innovation, technology, and customer-centric design;
• Basic knowledge of Microservices, SaaS, APIs and cloud native solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of design thinking, lean startup, or jobs-to-be-done frameworks;
• Spanish Advanced Level.
