A Company, localizada no Brasil, está recrutando para a posição de Product Execution Engineer. O profissional liderará o desenvolvimento de novos estilos e a execução da produção nas fábricas designadas, com foco na introdução de novos produtos, transferências de produção e conformidade com padrões de qualidade.

O papel envolve colaboração com Planejamento, Qualidade e Custos, além de conduzir auditorias de excelência e manter relacionamentos com fornecedores.

Qualificações

• Experiência mínima de 3–5 anos em calçados/têxteis ou indústria de manufatura.
• Experiência comprovada em gestão de produção e melhoria de processos.
• Conhecimento de processos de EVA e desenvolvimento de produto.
• Experiência com manufatura enxuta (Lean).
• Capacidade de atuar com diversas áreas (Planejamento, Qualidade, Custos).

Responsabilidades

• Conduzir introduções de novos produtos na fábrica designada, do desenvolvimento à produção.
• Assumir responsabilidade por todas as operações do produto na fábrica.
• Trabalhar com Planejamento, Qualidade, Compostos e outras áreas para cumprir padrões de qualidade e metas OTS.
• Conduzir auditorias de excelência em manufatura para melhorias contínuas.
• Manter relacionamentos entre Crocs, a fábrica e fornecedores T2/T3 com integridade.
• Dar suporte a Departamentos funcionais como Planejamento, Custos e Compliance Social.
• Investigar e resolver reclamações de clientes para melhoria contínua.

Overview

The Product Execution Engineer leads new style development and oversees production execution through shipment at the assigned factories in Indonesia.

The role includes new product introductions, production transfers for existing styles, commercialization, and production compliance.

What You'll Do

• Manage new product introductions in their assigned factory, overseeing the process from development and commercialization all the way through to production.
• Take responsibility for all aspects of product operations within the factory.
• Work closely with related departments—such as Planning, Quality, Compound, and others—to ensure that production runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and OTS targets are achieved.
• Conduct manufacturing excellence audits to continuously drive improvements.
• Maintain strong business relationships between Crocs, the factory, and T2/T3 suppliers, ensuring everything is managed with the highest level of trust and integrity.
• Support various functional departments including Planning, Compound, Tooling, Quality, Costing, and Social Compliance.
• Take an active role in investigating and resolving any customer complaints to ensure we are always responsive and improving.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on shoemaking, engineering or business administration.
• High sense of integrity.
• Strong footwear background (minimum 3-5 years of shoe making experience including, technical shoe making skills).
• Can demonstrate knowledge of EVA manufacturing processes.
• Production management experience.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Understand shoe development process & management.
