CI&T invites you to join a team that designs digital products with a user-centered approach. You will design requirements, wireframes, user flows, personas, journey maps, and prototypes, collaborating with product, engineers, and designers worldwide.

You will conduct user research using usability testing, interviews, and surveys, analyze data to extract patterns, and advocate for accessible, inclusive research practices across the organization.

Qualificações

• Experience designing successful digital products and services.
• Experience planning and conducting user research studies.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and insights from data.
• Proficient with UX design tools such as Figma.
• Experience with research tools: UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, etc.
• Knowledge of modern user research strategies and techniques.
• Ability to translate business needs into user-centered design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence decisions.
• Fluent in English.

Your Mission

• Work with teams to define design requirements for digital products
• Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and other UX design deliverables
• Plan and conduct user research using various methodologies (usability testing, interviews, surveys)
• Create user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps based on research insights
• Design intuitive interfaces through interactive prototypes
• Analyze research data to extract meaningful patterns and actionable insights
• Collaborate with product, engineers, designers, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Own design problems end to end, from research and initial concept through shipping and beyond
• Translate business requirements into research questions and design solutions
• Advocate for user-centered design decisions across the organization
• Identify opportunities, working as a key thought partner
• Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our experiences meet or exceed current market standards.

Requirements

• Experience in designing successful digital products and services
• Experience in planning and conducting user research studies
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify patterns and insights from data
• Digital Product Design Tools: Figma
• Prototyping Tools: Figma
• Experience with research tools (UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, etc.)
• Solid understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques
• Ability to solve business challenges with user-centered design solutions
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence decisions
• Fluent in English
