Woodlands Sunny Foods Pte Ltd seeks a procurement specialist to plan and procure packaging and sub-materials aligned with production schedules. You will monitor inventory, coordinate with warehouses, and manage POs and supplier relations to ensure timely supply.

Responsibilities include SAP updates, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet quality and food safety standards.

• Experience planning and procuring packaging and sub-materials to meet schedules.
• Strong ability to monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouses.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and procure packaging and sub-materials based on production schedules, usage, and forecasts.
• Monitor material inventory and coordinate with internal and external warehouses to ensure timely supply.
• Manage daily purchasing activities, including issuing POs and coordinating with suppliers.
• Monitor material prices, update procurement records and coordinate related SAP updates.
• Perform SAP transactions including material, vendor, customer and specification updates.
• Prepare material position reports and support monthly procurement reporting and meetings.
• Assist in supplier selection and evaluation, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
• Monitor external warehouse arrangements and related charges.
• Maintain procurement, expense records, and ensure proper documentation.Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and other departments on PO & invoicing requirements.
