Confidential Careers in Campinas seeks a Supply Chain Planner to coordinate supply chain and material planning activities, ensuring product availability, inventory optimization, and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.

You will work with purchasing, demand planning, and ERP/MRP systems, analyze forecasts and orders, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvements in inventory accuracy and service levels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or a related supply chain function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced to fluent English communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory control, and procurement processes.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP platforms is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate supply chain and material planning activities to ensure product availability and inventory optimization.

• Manage procurement for materials and products to support operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to monitor orders, delivery schedules, and supply continuity.
• Maintain purchasing and planning data to align inventory levels with business needs.
• Review and analyze inventory performance to improve stock availability and reduce supply risks.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to supply chain activities, inventory levels, and procurement performance.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to address potential supply constraints and delivery challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure data integrity of material master data and planning parameters in ERP systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on operational efficiency and supply chain performance.
• Support departmental objectives and KPIs while adhering to company policies.

This role works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support purchasing, demand planning, inventory management, and operational performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support demand planning activities by analyzing forecasts, customer requirements, and market trends to ensure adequate product availability.
• Manage the procurement process for materials and products required to support business operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to monitor order status, delivery schedules, and supply continuity.
• Maintain purchasing and planning data to align inventory levels with business needs and operational targets.
• Review and analyze inventory performance, identifying opportunities to improve stock availability and reduce supply risks.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to supply chain activities, inventory levels, and procurement performance.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to proactively address potential supply constraints and delivery challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, reduce excess stock, and support inventory optimization initiatives.
