Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with procurement staff and business user departments to plan and review tendering/sourcing projects for production and non-production procurement; clarify tender scope, milestones, evaluation rules, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare, review, and archive tender documents; publish tender announcements; organize technical Q&A sessions, bid openings, bid evaluations, award announcements, and issue award notices to ensure the process is complete, standardized, and traceable.
• Track local Brazilian laws, regulations, and internal requirements related to tendering, supplier management, and procurement compliance; assess impact and propose policy improvements.
• Configure processes, follow workflows, and collect optimization requirements for the SRM system's Sourcing module; promote online tendering standardization and improve efficiency.
• Follow up on failed tenders, exceptions, supplier objections, and bid bonds; coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Contract Management, and business departments to resolve issues and summarize risk controls.
• Prepare and update tender process guidelines, operation manuals, and training materials; provide training to procurement teams and contract management teams on tendering rules and system operations.

• Tender Process Organization and Project Support

Coordinate with procurement staff and business user departments, participate in the planning and review of tendering/sourcing projects for both production and non-production procurement, and assist in clarifying the tender scope, process milestones, evaluation rules, and relevant compliance requirements.

• Tender Documentation and Process Execution Management

Prepare, review, and archive tender documents;
publish tender announcements;
organize technicalQ&A sessions, bid opening, bid evaluation, award announcements, and the issuance of award notices, ensuring that the tendering process is complete, standardized, and traceable.

• Compliance Management and Policy Optimization

Track local Brazilian laws, regulations, and internal company requirements related to tendering, supplier management, and procurement compliance;
assess their impact on the company's tender management process;
and propose improvements to policies, processes, and compliance rules.

• System and Digital Process Optimization

Be responsible for the process configuration, workflow follow-up, and optimization requirement collection for the Sourcing module of the company's SRM system for the Brazil site;
promote the standardization of online tendering, evaluation, approval, and document archiving processes;
and improve tenderprocess efficiency.

• Exception Handling and Risk Control
• Follow up on failed tenders, tender exceptions, supplier objections, violation handling, and matters related to bid bonds. Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Contract Management, and business departments to resolve issues, and summarize typical cases and risk control measures.
• Training Enablement and Process Communication

Prepare and update tender process guidelines, operation manuals, and training materials. Regularly provide training to procurement teams, contract management teams, and relevant business departments on tendering rules, standard processes, system operations, and compliance requirements.
