OMODA & Jaecoo Brasil, part of the Chery Group, seeks an experienced Indirect Procurement professional in São Paulo to oversee marketing-related purchasing, vendor negotiations, and contract management.

You will monitor approvals, optimize spend, and collaborate with global suppliers; English fluency required; Mandarin a plus.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in indirect procurement, esp. marketing services.
• Fluent English; Mandarin a plus.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Experience with contracts and SAP MM preferred.
• Knowledge of cost optimization and TCO savings.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor approvals for all purchasing processes;
• Monitor and handle contract approvals
• Monitor and track the status of each order and payments with suppliers (request invoices and notes, initiate payments, send payment confirmations to suppliers, update the finance department, etc);
• Monitor, track and provide timely status of procurement department (new orders created, canceled orders, and savings).

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in indirect procurement, with proven expertise in Marketing procurement (events, media, advertising agencies, and related services).
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience in contract negotiation and contract management.
• Experience with the SAP ERP MM module is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of cost optimization methodologies, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and savings management.
• Understanding of tax regulations and their impact on procurement activities.
