Chery, a leading Chinese automotive company, is seeking a field technical support specialist for its Omoda & Jaecoo Brasil network. You will prepare weekly quality reports for China, provide technical support to the dealership network, perform on-site visits, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to address technical problems.

Ideal candidates have strong automotive electrical systems knowledge and dealership experience, preferably with electric vehicles, plus excellent communication

Qualificações

• Mandatory knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
• Experience in dealerships (e.g., BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Land Rover, Chinese brands).
• Preferably worked with electric vehicles.
• Background in technical assistance, service engineering, workshop leadership, or tech line support.
• Former mechanics, engineers, or technical instructors valued.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare weekly quality reports for China, documenting technical issues and coordinating part replacements for shipment.
• Provide technical support to the dealership network via the platform, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits to resolve complex technical problems that dealerships cannot solve independently.
• Support dealerships with guidance, troubleshooting, and escalation when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure technical issues are addressed efficiently.
