Kimberly-Clark is seeking an Agile Procurement Analyst to drive analytics, RFP content development, and business-case delivery across sourcing projects in the Global Procurement Center of Expertise.

You will partner with category leaders and senior stakeholders, apply agile methods to manage projects, and build scalable sourcing templates to accelerate value delivery. This hybrid role offers growth and a chance to impact global procurement outcomes.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or consulting.
  • Experience delivering projects for executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with internal and external partners.
  • Track record of delivering solid business results.
  • Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

As an Agile Procurement Analyst, you'll be a variable resource within the Global Procurement Center of Expertise (COE). This role is committed to unlocking incremental value and accelerating value delivery of procurement projects. You'll deliver high visibility, high ROI projects across categories in collaboration with the Procurement Agile Sr. Manager, category leaders and business leaders. You'll utilize project management, problem solving / critical thinking skills, financial analysis, and an understanding of strategic category management, development, and negotiation. The role will support a pipeline of projects and go to market events with Procurement stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role as a member of an agile squad, reporting to the Procurement Agile Squad Manager.

Responsibilities
Project Execution – 80%
  • Provide global and regional category teams with analytics, RFP/RFQ/RFI content development, and business case building for sourcing execution
  • Provide robust analytical support (should cost, scenario modeling) to market events
  • Accelerate value delivery on key sourcing efforts in the pipeline by adding analytics, rigor and horsepower while utilizing a broad set of analysis capabilities
  • Leverage agile principles and problem-solving frameworks to lead projects, provide structure and to provide recommendations on the approach for sourcing events
  • Drive incremental value in current and future sourcing efforts by deploying critical thinking and problem-solving tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and provide support to leadership on projects
  • Develop strategic sourcing strategies in alignment with squad value improvement/ cost saving goals and broader organizational objectives
  • Develop templates to standardize sourcing analytics and drive knowledge management
  • Build knowledge of e-sourcing tools & leverage capabilities for value delivery (Coupa & Coupa Sourcing Optimization)
Capability Building– 20%
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the 'Agile Playbook' for procurement, including materials and best practices
  • Develop problem solving capabilities with the Procurement function, promote an agile culture and problem-solving approach and drive adoption.
  • Build expertise around key analytical tools, models & frameworks
  • Participate in community of practice activities to drive shared learnings across the

Procurement function

  • Upstream SCM support (if connected to Agile events)
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or other related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in quantitative and/or business skill such as Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Strategic Category Management, Supply Chain or Consulting
  • Experience managing and delivering projects for executive stakeholders
  • Solid analytical and communication skills with ability to engage with and influence internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Demonstrated record of delivering solid business results
  • Advanced English skills
Preferred
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain or other business discipline preferred
  • Demonstrated experience solving projects as an internal or external consultant
  • Advanced working knowledge of COUPA, MS Office, and other relevant e-procurement tools and systems
  • Experience with NGS and SCM process; specific experience running sourcing events
