It starts with YOU. In this role you will: Lead the design, governance, evolution, and optimization of our Blue Yonder Warehouse Management landscape. This individual will serve as the primary technical and functional authority for Blue Yonder solutions, partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, system integrators, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and business-driven warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep Blue Yonder expertise with strong supply chain process knowledge, enterprise integration experience, and architectural leadership. This role will be critical in driving strategic initiatives including cloud migrations, system upgrades, warehouse transformations, automation enablement, and SAP integration programs.
Own the end-to-end architecture for Blue Yonder WMS solutions across multiple distribution centers and business units. Define solution roadmaps aligned with business strategy and technology standards. Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles. Evaluate new Blue Yonder capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.
Design and govern complex warehouse processes including: Receiving, Putaway, Inventory Management, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Cycle Counting, Yard Management, Labor Management. Configure and optimize Blue Yonder WMS to meet evolving operational requirements. Provide architectural guidance for complex enhancements and solution extensions.
Define enterprise integration patterns between Blue Yonder and: SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP ECC, Transportation Management systems, Automation platforms, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Robotics and AMR solutions, Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, SAP Integration Suite, Unify, APIs). Lead interface design and troubleshooting for: Master data, Inventory synchronization, Order processing, ASN processing, Shipment execution, Real-time warehouse events.
Review and approve solution designs developed by implementation partners. Establish coding, configuration, and deployment standards. Drive technical debt reduction and platform modernization initiatives. Mentor solution engineers, developers, and business analysts.
Act as the architecture lead for global implementations, upgrades, and acquisitions. Support project estimations, risk assessments, and solution planning activities. Facilitate design workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Ensure scalable and supportable solutions are delivered.
Provide expert-level support for critical incidents and major production issues. Perform solution health assessments and architecture reviews. Develop long‑term strategies to improve warehouse performance, stability, and maintainability.
