MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in the North Area is seeking a hands-on engineer to develop and optimize semiconductor fabrication and opto-electronics processes. You will interpret PDKs, support design teams, and lead process improvements across tape-out and mass production.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in semiconductor fabrication, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. The role requires on-site work in the North Area and involves close interaction with foundries and clients.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication process and integration.
• Experience leading a full tape-out cycle with a client is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; problem-solving ability.

Requirements

• BEng (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Material Sc or BSc Physics)

• Preferred 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in semiconductor fabrication process and integration

• Experience in leading new tape out project full cycle with client is preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team‑oriented environment
