The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Process Engineer (Semiconductor) to support Dry Etch, Etch, Clean, CVD, and Deposition processes. Training will be provided and overtime is expected to accommodate project needs.

Candidates should hold a degree in Chemical Engineering, with preference for those with semiconductor process experience. Cleanroom work and overtime flexibility are required, and AWS/OT may apply based on experience.

Qualificações

• Degree in Chemical engineering is required.
• Relevant experience in the semiconductor process preferred.
• Work in cleanroom environment.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to customers’ engineers on the development of Dry Etch/ Etch/ Clean/ CVD/ Deposition process.
• Develop new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products.
• Coordinate design requirement review with appropriate engineering/ scientific personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
• Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot processes and integration problems.

Salary: $3300- $3800 + OT + AWS (Depending on experience)

Location: Woodlands , or other fab if required

Job scope:
