Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd represents a client in Singapore seeking a candidate with a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical or equivalent. No prior experience is required as training will be provided to develop factory and production processes.

The role focuses on standardizing production procedures, driving improvement projects, and ensuring compliance across Singapore and overseas facilities within the switchgear manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• No experience is required, training will be provided.

• Develop and standardize Factory & Production processes and procedures across the Group.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements, including process automation initiatives.
• Enforce Production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas factory.
• Manage and optimize next-generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.
• Ensure compliance and conduct audits for Factory and Process Engineering across the Group.

Education

Job description

Our Client:

• Manufacturing of Electrical switchgear and controlgear

• Monday - Friday, 8.15am - 5.15pm

• North - Senoko

• Basic UP $5000 + Variable Bonus
