IDEMIA is seeking a Printing Process Engineer in Brazil to support development, optimization and industrialization of printing technologies within our manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering to improve performance and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on printing expertise, strong problem solving, and willingness to travel for trainings and workshops, including visits to China.

Qualificações

• Professional background in Printing, Graphic Arts, Print Engineering, Prepress, or related industrial printing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Offset, Screen/Silkscreen, or Digital printing technologies.
• Understanding of printing processes, inks, substrates, color management and print quality.
• Experience troubleshooting printing/process issues and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ability to analyze quality and test results and translate findings into process improvements.
• Intermediate to advanced English for collaboration with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development, optimization and industrialization of printing processes.
• Troubleshoot printing and process-related issues and work with production teams to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Evaluate printing quality, inks, substrates and process parameters.
• Analyze quality and test results to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Provide technical support to Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering teams.
• Act as a technical reference for printing-related processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the introduction and improvement of new products, technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Travel: Occasional international travel (around 3 times per year) for trainings and workshops, including visits to China.

Title: Printing Process Engineer

We are looking for a Printing Process Engineer to support the development, optimization and industrialization of printing technologies and processes within our manufacturing environment.

This role will work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering teams, providing technical expertise to improve printing performance, quality and process efficiency.

This role collaborates closely with operations teams to ensure product performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

• Professional background in Printing, Graphic Arts, Print Engineering, Prepress, or related industrial printing environments.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following printing technologies:

• Digital printing
