A global technology company in Brazil is seeking an Industrial Product Development professional with a mechanical background to enhance product development and optimization processes. The role requires expertise in CNC programming and a background in manufacturing. Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong collaboration skills while working with international teams. Occasional travel for trainings will be part of the role. A CLT contract and a performance bonus are offered.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience programming CNC machines using G-code is a must.
• Mechanical background with operations and engineering collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Support product and process development aligned with engineering standards.
• Program and optimize CNC machining processes.
• Analyze quality and testing results to ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Act as a technical reference within the operations environment.
• Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally for trainings and workshops.

We are looking for an Industrial Product Development professional with a mechanical background to support the development and improvement of industrial products and processes. This role will work closely with operations and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing solutions and support production.

Key Requirements

• Experience programming CNC machines using G-code (must have)
• Ideally 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Nice to have

• Experience in the metal or plastic industry

What You’ll Do

• Support product and process development aligned with engineering standards
• Program and optimize CNC machining processes
• Analyze quality and testing results to ensure compliance with technical standards
• Act as a technical reference within the operations environment
• Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams
• Global Collaboration: This role works with international teams in the US, France, and China, so intermediate to fluent English is required.

✈️ Travel: Occasional international travel (around 3 times per year) for trainings and workshops, including visits to China.
