BairesDev is seeking a Principal Python Engineer to own backend systems powering our consumer-facing product. You’ll design APIs, build scalable services on AWS serverless infrastructure, and shepherd features from concept to deployment for millions of users.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering with Python and strong AWS Serverless experience, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and IaC tooling. Excellent English and a collaborative, remote-ready mindset are essential.

Principal Python Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design the APIs and services that power the web and mobile experiences of a product used by millions of collectors. This is a hands‑on position where your full ownership, from design through deployment, directly shapes how customers interact with the platform. • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).
• Proficiency in microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
