We are seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to identify new business opportunities through pre-sales activities.
  • Engage with customers (via KAMs) to address technical requirements, propose technological improvements, and align solutions with the product portfolio.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations of technology solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver internal technical training to KAMs and channel partners, while actively contributing to sales strategies and new account acquisition plans.
  • Support customers throughout the entire sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up.
  • Understand IT department structures, hold technical and commercial discussions at multiple levels, and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role for 3 to 5 years.
  • Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies.
  • Proven commercial acumen and customer-facing skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
