The Pre-Sales Manager must be able to articulate the company’s technology and solutions to both business and technical audiences. The role involves providing technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process, identifying customer requirements, designing solutions, consulting with technical teams, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of dEngage's solutions.
  • Attend meetings with prospects and clients to gather technical and business requirements.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality demonstrations of dEngage products.
  • Provide professional technical solutions within agreed timeframes.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
  • Deliver training and provide product support to the sales team.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback and suggest new features.
  • Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in pre-sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • Excellent presentation, organization, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
