Conduct performance analyses of the credit and collections portfolio and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Monitor credit, collections, delinquency, losses, recoveries, and portfolio profitability indicators.
Prepare impact studies and scenarios related to changes in customer profiles, credit policies, and collections strategies, assessing their effects on financial results, portfolio quality, targets, and budget.
Translate data into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
Ensure consistency and governance of information presented to committees and executive forums.
Technically represent the department in internal forums and committees, presenting results and innovation opportunities.
Prepare executive reports and strategic recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
Act as a strategic partner to the Credit and Collections teams, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Lead the implementation and enhancement of analytical tools, automations, and Artificial Intelligence-based solutions that expand the department’s monitoring, diagnostic, and decision-making capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A postgraduate degree or specialization in Data Science, Finance, Analytics, Risk Management, or an analytical field is preferred.
• Strong experience in portfolio analysis, KPI management, and executive decision support.
• Knowledge of credit risk management and financial products.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
• Ability to interpret results and tell stories through data (data storytelling).
• Strategic thinking and a systems-level perspective.
• Analytical reasoning and data storytelling skills.
