Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro seeks a data-driven professional to develop advanced analyses, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions that empower strategic decisions. You will build predictive models, monitor KPIs, and lead data-automation initiatives to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytics with financial planning experience, excels in Excel/PowerPoint, and collaborates across departments to turn data into strategic actions.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree completed in a relevant field.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or related areas is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience building solutions with Power BI and Databricks, as well as using SQL, Python, and process automation.
Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
Experience working with large data volumes.
Experience in financial planning is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Develop advanced data analyses and performance indicators to support decision-making.
Ensure the consistency, quality, and reliability of data and information published by the team.
Build and validate analytical models to generate insights and support strategic decisions.
Prepare predictive analyses, forecasts, and business trend studies.
Monitor indicators and results, identifying opportunities, risks, and deviations.
Lead process automation and optimization initiatives through data-driven solutions.
Develop data intelligence solutions and AI applications to improve operational efficiency.
Structure dashboards and executive reports to monitor the company’s KPIs.
Represent the team in strategic forums and discussions with partner departments.
Identify opportunities to improve the quality of analyses, increase data accuracy, and advance performance indicators.
