Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation across Enterprise Markets, which spans 105 countries. Your responsibilities will include understanding R&D development, implementation, finance, IMF portfolio management, and the lifecycle of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage and execute projects from initiation to completion, including idea generation, due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and post-deal execution if applicable.
• Collaborate with corporate functions such as Development, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance to identify business opportunities and ensure successful project launches.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on program objectives and communicate progress effectively to ensure success.
• Define stakeholder groups, assess impacts, and develop mitigation plans.
• Promote collaboration across internal and external groups, serving as the point of contact for project updates.
• Adhere to Program Management Best Practices, including scope, timeline, risk, and escalation management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiencies.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
• 8+ years of experience in QRC, R&D, technical, operational, or supply chain roles with leadership achievements
• Project management experience in manufacturing industries
• Fluency in English
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills
