Job summary

PharmaLex GmbH is seeking a Pharmacovigilance professional to support local literature searches, ICSR management, and PV intelligence activities within our PV system. The role involves collaboration with global and local teams, audits, and reporting on PV status in the country/ies.

Qualified candidates have a life sciences background, 2+ years in related fields, and PM/CAPM/PMP certifications are preferred. This is a full-time role with benefits aligned to local market practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, public health, biomedical sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in scientific consulting, life sciences consulting, healthcare consulting, clinical operations, medical affairs support, research analysis, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Local Literature Search and Local ICSR Management.
• PV Intelligence Screening and Local PSMF Maintenance.
• Implementation of additional Risk Minimization Measures and reviewing local post-authorization safety materials.

Job Details

• Local Literature Search
• Local ICSR Management
• PV Intelligence Screening
• Local PSMF Maintenance
• Setting up local Organized Data Collection
• Local PVA Management
• Implementation of additional Risk Minimization Measures
• Reviewing materials relating to local post-authorization safety
• Participate in PV-relevant audits and inspections
• Attend regular meetings according to project meeting schedule
• Provide monthly PV report on status of local PV system in the country/ies
• Ensure PV training of affiliate employees, service providers and Third Parties
• Close cooperation with the global PV system of the client as well as related global and local departments and functions
• Issue, review and maintain pharmacovigilance procedures (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Working Practices) related to the local tasks in connection with client procedures .
