You will translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces, collaborate with design and back-end teams, and contribute to architecture, performance, and code quality. You will own components, implement state management, and participate in code reviews and continuous improvement

• 4+ years of professional front-end development experience.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora Front-End Sênior based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for a senior front-end developer to build robust, scalable, and high-performance digital products in a fully remote environment.
You will translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, responsive, and high-quality user interfaces.
The role combines hands-on development with meaningful contributions to architecture, performance, code quality, and engineering standards.
You will collaborate closely with design and back-end teams to create seamless experiences and reliable integrations.
There is strong emphasis on reusable components, clean architecture, maintainable code, and continuous improvement.
You will have autonomy over your deliveries while contributing to code reviews, technical decisions, and the evolution of development practices.
This role is well suited to an experienced React and TypeScript professional who enjoys solving complex problems and turning ideas into polished technical solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain modern, robust, and responsive user interfaces using current front-end technologies, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, usability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with design and back-end teams to translate requirements, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces and ensure seamless system integration.
• Build reusable and well-structured components while applying front-end architecture principles, SOLID concepts, Clean Code practices, and consistent development standards.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and implement effective state management, error handling, loading states, and other patterns that contribute to stable and intuitive user experiences.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance, identifying opportunities to improve both technical implementation and user experience.
• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution conception and development through testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing evolution.
• Contribute actively to code reviews by providing and incorporating constructive feedback, helping maintain high standards of code quality across the team.
• Analyze and evolve legacy code when necessary, identifying opportunities to refactor, improve maintainability, and introduce more effective technical approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business rules and transform them into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes, engineering practices, and technical standards while contributing to a collaborative culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of professional experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience building front-end applications.
• Solid proficiency in TypeScript and extensive experience developing interfaces with React, particularly using Hooks and Context API.
• Strong understanding of componentization, reusable component design, front-end architecture, and maintainable application structures.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs within front-end applications and implementing state management solutions such as Context, Redux, Zustand, or similar technologies.
• Practical knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code, Git-based version control, automated or manual testing practices, debugging, and front-end quality standards.
• Experience implementing appropriate error handling and loading states to create stable and responsive user interfaces.
• Knowledge of databases and georeferenced data is required.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of responsibilities, organize priorities, and manage deliveries effectively.
• Strong ability to read, understand, maintain, and evolve legacy code while balancing technical improvements with business requirements.
• Clear and collaborative communication skills, particularly when working with front-end, back-end, design, and other cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable participating in code reviews and providing constructive technical feedback.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Ability to understand business rules and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
• Strong estimation and planning skills, with the ability to accurately estimate medium-complexity tasks.
• A degree, technology degree, or technical qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
