Jobgether is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Brazil to blend data analytics, data engineering, and Generative AI. This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Data Analyst (Databricks and PySpark) based in Brazil.

This role offers an opportunity to combine advanced data analytics, data engineering, and Generative AI to deliver meaningful business impact. You will explore large and complex datasets, identify patterns and opportunities, and develop intelligent solutions that automate processes and improve decision-making. A key focus will be building AI agents and multi-agent systems, applying graph analytics, and integrating automated workflows with decision platforms. You will work with modern data technologies, including Python, SQL, Databricks, and PySpark, while exploring emerging tools and approaches. The role also involves communicating insights to technical teams and business stakeholders through clear reports and executive presentations. Accountabilities

• Data Exploration and Analysis: Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover trends, relationships, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and improved customer experiences.

• AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems: Design and implement agents and multi-agent solutions to automate workflows, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Process Automation: Propose and implement automated workflows using tools such as n8n and other modern automation technologies.

• Generative AI Applications: Apply Generative AI concepts to automate tasks, enrich datasets, and generate actionable business insights.

• Data Engineering and Pipelines: Work with large volumes of data, supporting reliable data processing and ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Decision Platform Integration: Integrate analytical solutions with decision-making platforms, such as FICO, to support process optimization and improve analytical outcomes.

• Graph Analytics and Relationship Discovery: Apply graph techniques to identify complex relationships, connections, clusters, and patterns among customer registration entities, uncovering opportunities and potential insights.

• Technology Research and Innovation: Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improving customer registration data processes and analytical capabilities.

• Reporting and Executive Communication: Prepare analytical reports and executive presentations, including PowerPoint materials, to communicate findings, recommendations, and business impact clearly.

• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document methodologies, processes, analytical approaches, and results in a structured and accessible manner.

• Continuous Improvement: Recommend innovative approaches and enhancements that improve data solutions, automation, and business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Experience in data engineering, data analysis, or developing data-driven solutions.

• AI and Automation: Experience with AI-related projects and pipeline automation, with practical knowledge or a strong interest in agent-based and multi-agent systems.

• Programming and Data Technologies: Knowledge of Python, SQL, Databricks, and PySpark.

• Data Processing: Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline workflows.

• Development Practices: Knowledge of CI/CD practices and version control using GitHub.

• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure with Databricks and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Generative AI: Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and modern automation tools is desirable.

• Data Modeling and Quality: Understanding of data modeling principles and data quality practices.

• Graph Technology: Knowledge of graph modeling and analytics, including tools such as Neo4j and Graph Data Science, is a significant advantage.

• Automation Tools: Experience with n8n or other workflow automation platforms is an advantage.

• AI Platforms: Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and AI platforms is desirable.

• Data Governance and Master Data Management: Experience participating in data governance or Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives is a plus.

• Decision Platforms: Experience integrating or working with decision platforms such as FICO is an advantage.

• Innovation and Digital Transformation: Previous involvement in innovation initiatives or digital transformation projects is desirable.

• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and the ability to investigate complex data challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
