This position is strategic and critical for promoting excellence in people management across all aspects of the educational experience offered at our three campuses.

Responsibilities and assignments

Human Development Program:

• Design and implement innovative human development programs, fostering continuous growth for employees.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify specific training and development needs for each campus.
• Develop engagement strategies to strengthen the organizational culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate on initiatives that encourage collaboration and a sense of community among team members.

Performance Management:

• Facilitate performance evaluation processes and provide constructive feedback to employees and leaders.
• Work closely with managers to identify opportunities for improvement and individual development.
• Ensure consistency in people management practices across all campuses, promoting the standardization of processes and policies.
• Facilitate collaboration and the exchange of best practices among different locations.

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in People Management Business Partner roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid interpersonal relationships.
• Strategic vision and the ability to align people management objectives with organizational goals.
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
